Meet Bryan, our Community Manager. Bryan is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of Chatham Park.
Hailing all the way from the Twin Cities, Bryan has embraced the charm of Crosslake and made it his forever home since 2001. But his love affair with this place started way back in '85, when he first ventured here and felt an instant connection with its natural beauty.
Bryan's journey has been as diverse as the colors of the sunset over the lake. Before diving into property management, he sailed through life as a spirit and wine-selling guru since '96. You can trust him to pair the perfect manufactured home with the right vintage, creating a harmonious blend of comfort and style.
In his past life, Bryan also wore the hat of a co-owner at The Wharf, a local hotspot, from 2001 to 2008. He knows his way around the bar scene like a seasoned angler knows the best fishing spots. Speaking of which, Bryan has been a fishing guide for a whopping 15 years, reeling in unforgettable memories and tall tales that would make even Hemingway envious.
Don't be surprised if you spot Bryan behind the bar at The Wharf now and then, serving up drinks and good times. Some things are just hard to let go of, especially when you've become a cherished fixture in the community.
Beyond his professional escapades, Bryan takes immense pride in being a devoted father to his two incredible daughters, Emily Dru (15) and Andie Joy (13). They are the fuel that powers his infectious energy and reminds him to approach every day with a sense of joy and wonder.
